We can’t possibly praise Maggie Morgan enough!! She and her husband Jack accomplished a major miracle in a period of just one month in a very large Westport, CT home.
My wife and I had the responsibility, as executor of an estate, to clean out a home that was, to say the least, just total clutter. It was on three levels-two levels of living space and one level that constituted a basement and a garage. In all honesty, one could hardly walk in the home except for a narrow walk space that separated thousands of items that was collected over a period of about fifty years. The two floors of living space exceeded 4,500 square feet and the basement level had to be another 2,000+ feet.
Maggie and jack could have easily said “We Pass” but, Thank God, they did not but they probably questioned their own sanity after accepting the project. Importantly, they never gave up and exuded a sense of accomplishment throughout. A truly “Can Do” spirit.
Maggie and her expertise in the field evaluated the items in the home and she brought in professionals for each category to access the value of the collectibles (such as furniture, coins, silverware,china and dolls). After making selections with each professional for auction or direct sale, the rest went into a dumpster after dumpster. Jack, her husband, is a virtual expert in finding every last space of a dumpster so that you definitely know they are totally being used. In one month, the home was in a position to go on the market for sale. A Miracle!
In essence, Maggie’s approach was totally professional. She was diligent, intelligent, friendly, honest and so helpful throughout the whole experience and made it a point to include us in every key decision. Also,we believe that her price for the project was extremely fair. We highly recommend Maggie Morgan in all aspects. She was a Miracle Worker for us and, given the opportunity, she could do the same for you.
